Media Release – NATSIAACC congratulates Prime Minister Anthony Albanese on 2025 Federal Election Victory

The National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ageing and Aged Care Council (NATSIAACC) congratulates Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and the Australian Labor Party on their re-election in the 2025 Federal Election.

We acknowledge the efforts of all candidates and in particular recognise the campaign led by Opposition Leader Peter Dutton.
NATSIAACC looks forward to continuing to strengthen our partnership with the Albanese Government to advance positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders and Older Peoples across the country.

We remain committed to working collaboratively with government to ensure culturally safe, community-led ageing and aged care policy and service delivery.

Together, we can continue progressing the priorities and voices of our Elders and Older People, and their communities in the national agenda.
