Goolburri Aboriginal Health Advancement Company Limited is an incorporated Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service who have supported Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous communities in the Toowoomba, Darling Downs and South West region for over 23 years. The not-for-profit organisation provides General Practitioner (GP), Oral, Primary and Allied Health Services, with a range of Home and Community Care, Family Wellbeing, Aged Care Services, Early Numeracy and Literacy Support and NDIS services. They are responsive to the needs and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, families and communities within the Goolburri Region and support them to exercise control of their Health and Wellbeing.
